President Klara Madlin recently received certification as a SRES specialist (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)this specialty is designed to help the growing community of people over 50 who have "trapped equity" in their homes. Klara Madlin is the 2008 President of MANAR (Manhattan Association of Realtors). She was a founder of Westpro, a WestSide Broker Association which merged with the Real Estate Board of New York. Klara Madlin is also a member of FIABCI which is an International Real Estate Group.
