I successfully work with sellers or buyers. On the sell side, I develop a comprehensive marketing campaign to ensure that the client’s property attains the widest possible media exposure. I have a great design and fashion sense and will gladly help stage your property so that it shows to its fullest potential. I will run open houses exhaustively until a contract is signed. I have strong negotiating skills and pre-qualify every buyer before presenting offers. I meticulously prepare and present co-op board applications.

When I am not helping clients realize their real estate dreams, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, working out, gardening and taking advantage of all the cultural venues the city has to offer. Prior to real estate, I was a VP Marketing in the fashion, retail and technology industries. I have an MBA from Babson College and BSBA from Boston U., School of Management.
